Getting this party started...
after the hort came last week and helped in cleaning up the ballast and actually sifting spilled soil back into the trays, we are ready to commence the planting!
on march 31st, from about 10:00am till 4:00pm, we will be aerating the soil and adding compost/peat to the trays. if time allows, we will also be planting our lettuce/spinach/etc. seeds.
fran, from the crown heights farm share, created an amazing planting plan which we will be following for spring/summer/fall planting seasons. maryse also has been working hard to catalog the seeds we have and seeds we need.
